Is this what you call Judaism?

If this is what much of Orthodox Judaism has come to, I’m even prouder I follow Conservative Judaism. I mean, I was glad before, but this is just nuts.

    Thanks for visiting my blog. Sometimes I ponder if ANY new folks are reading it. For the record, we, my husband and I, do know many non-nutty orthodox Jews; unfortunately though, the right keeps going more right. But, I do agree, meshugganah they are…

    By the way, when you linked to YCT, did you mean to say “more of some INSANITY”? you wrote SANITY…and I was thinking that might have been an error.

    It really would not surprise me if that stuff was true. The Orthodox Jews I knew in Brooklyn were a little nutty–not the kids my age but the grown-ups in charge of us.
