Although I love my new school; like truly love it, there has been drama lately that I want to blog about but am guilty of a lack of energy to do so, at least for now. Just know that one bad apple with loose lips can ruin a bunch. We have a person who has broken our group confidentality and who cry babies to the union, and we’ve done NOTHING breaking union policies. So freaking lame. It’s a shame because this person is a phenomenal teacher and kids really connect in their class.
In other school news, I’m the Program Advisor for Safe School Ambassadors. We just did two days of VERY POWERFUL training and all I can say for now is that my school is filled with some amazing students who truly do care about their futures and how we treat each other. Those two days of training wiped me out so I’ve been catching up on grading and such.
