This semester is flying by! It’s already March. The California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) is coming in just a couple of weeks and guess who hasn’t put much thought into CAHSEE Prep…ME!
This morning I decided to do some research on CAHSEE prep. Sure, I’ve done CAHSEE prep before but I like to get new ideas so off I went to the internet. I went to the CAHSEE web site and started looking through the same ole boring test prep “stuff”. Then I started looking through my teaching related bookmarks that I save as I stumble upon interesting sites that I may use someday in the future.
One of the bookmarks I found is called Grammar Bytes. This site has some really cool PowerPoints, handouts, and practice tests. I’m thinking I might use the PPTs on my LCD to do some basic test review. They are created with the young adult in mind and might be fun! We shall see.

I use Grammarbytes and I love it. The PowerPoints are excellent, and I like the way they have a printer version for the worksheets.
